Mollymook Beach Bowling Club
LED lighting upgrade to 2 bowling greens
Light Up Spots supplied and installed new LED fittings over 2 lawn bowls greens. We replaced 8 x 2000W metal halide light fittings with 8 x 1350W LED fittings to provide the club with a 33% reduction in energy consumption - all using existing poles and cabling.
The club wanted to achieve State/National competition level of play at 200 lux, however Light Up Sports were able to provide an average 316 lux at 0.71 uniformity over 2 greens.
Most impressive was the cut-off properties, ensuring no light spill onto nearby road and residential properties.
